Tule mukaan, jaa mielipiteesi ja vaikuta yhdistyksen tärkeisiin asioihin. Nykyinen johtokunta astuu syrjään, ja uusi valitaan tilalle. Voit ehdottaa jotakuta (tai itseäsi) tehtävään, jossa pääset ohjaamaan yhdistystä kohti tulevaa. Tutustu yhdistykseemme ja sen toimintaan tarkemmin ja ole se muutos, jonka haluaisit nähdä!
Tämä on loistava tilaisuus kehittää omia taitojasi ja hyödyntää niitä Suomen-Seuran hyväksi. Lisäksi saat mahdollisuuden tutustua upeisiin ihmisiin ja rakentaa arvokkaita verkostoja!
Jos et pääse paikan päälle, voit valtuuttaa toisen jäsenen äänestämään puolestasi täyttämällä valtakirjalomakkeen (latauslinkki alla) ja toimittamalla sen jäsenelle, joka osallistuu kokoukseen. Lomakkeet kerätään kokouksen alussa.
Kahvitarjoilu järjestetään kokouksen alussa. Toivottavasti nähdään siellä!
Huomio: vain täysjäsenet, joilla ei ole jäsenmaksuja rästissä, voivat äänestää ja tulla valituiksi.
Come along, have your say, and help the society on important matters. The current committee will be relieved, and a new one will be elected. Nominate someone (or yourself) for a position to guide the society into the future. Learn more about our association, and be the change you would like to see!
This is a great opportunity to develop skills and put them to good use for the benefit of the Finnish community. Not to mention the great people you get to meet!
If you cannot make it, you can authorise another member to vote on your behalf by filling out the proxy form (download link below) and handing it to a member who will be attending the meeting. These will be collected at the start of the AGM.
